143rd Annual Fancy Farm Picnic

Join us for what the Guiness Book of World Records once called the, “The World’s Largest Picnic”! The Picnic is actually a weekend long event, attached to the first Saturday in August, serving as the kick-off political event for the state of Kentucky; including stump speeches by local, state. and even federal officials.

There’s a 5K and fish fry on Friday night followed by all-day activities on Saturday (games, Bingo, live music, etc).  Plus, you don’t want to miss the barbeque & fixings, prepared by local parish families in Fancy Farm. You can also visit the Fancy Farm School & Museum.  All proceeds go to St. Jerome Parish missions.
