Culinary Series: Simply Anita – Sandwiches

In its own little space of Europe, Italians bring the Muffaletta sandwich filled with genoa salami, mortadella, prosciutto and soppressata, alongside mozzarella and provolone cheese!

With French pastry knowledge we combine two countries for an Italian sausage braid!

Now we take a page out of our homes with the classic grilled cheese. Anita kicks it up a notch with gouda cheese, sliced pear, fried green tomato, and a dollop of pepper jelly!
