Santa’s Annul Fly-In Visit to the Mayfield-Graves County Airport
Bring your kids out to the Mayfield Graves County Airport on Tuesday December 6th, to see Santa Fly-In for a special visit. With Christmas quickly approaching, Santa will be giving his reindeer the night off and arriving by airplane around 6:00 pm. Have that Christmas wish list ready to share with Santa and bring your camera along to capture photos of your visit. I’m sure we’ll have some hot chocolate and cookies available too.
This event is hosted by Purchase Area Aviators EAA Chapter 807 and is absolutely FREE to attend. They will however be accepting cash donations for refreshments and in support of our future events. EAA Chapter 807 is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization whose purpose is to share the spirit of aviation in our community. They host several events throughout the year giving children the opportunity to experience their first flight absolutely free thru their Young Eagles program. Hope to see you there!
The Graves County Sheriff’s Department will also be on-site collecting toys and gifts for their CRAM THE CRUISER program to help the less fortunate over the Christmas holiday. If you are able to do so, please bring a toy to support their efforts.
